Morning Room Here you can see some of the wonderful furniture and silverware from the estate of Allan McLean and the original Holly Lea building (See The McLean Institute page for more information on Mr. McLean and his legacy). Morning sun floods in here and enhances the original coloured glass which has been retained from the old buildings of Mr. McLean's estate. |

Drawing Room In this room one immediately notes the magnificent chandelier and fireplace surround; this well-proportioned room is great for large gatherings, though the careful placement of furniture still allows for more intimate chats. |

Dining Room If table linen, silverware and elegant dining sounds like you, then you'll feel right at home in the Dining Room. While it is very true that all Holly Lea apartments have excellent, fully-equipped kitchens, there will be times when one would rather be dining in Holly Lea style or perhaps wish to entertain one's friends here. A menu book is located near the entrance to the Dining Room so one can peruse the upcoming tasty treats on offer. |

Cinema Relive the classics (or see the latest blockbuster) on the big screen, complemented with a state-of-the-art surround sound system. Tell management which films you would like to see, and every effort will be made to accommodate your request. The excellent seating will ensure you enjoy your film of choice in comfort. |

Sunrooms There are two additional sunrooms (one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor) which fill with daylight and are sure to be a popular spot for a catch-up and a few stories. |

Café A simply wonderful place to relax over a coffee or snack, especially in the summer as the large Café doors open wide onto the terrace and lawn. |

Activities Room At Holly Lea, there's always something interesting going on, and the activities room is used for games and other activities. |

Computer Room Access the internet from our comfortable computer room available to all residents. Microsoft Office software is also available for writing letters or a perhaps a novel! In addition, there is a full set of written instructions handy on how to use the computer, should you wish to learn more. |

Workshop This room has been designed to let residents keep using their tools for crafts, repairing items or whatever takes their fancy. |

Medical Clinic Nursing and medical care is always available at Holly Lea. If you wish to retain your existing Medical Professional, that is no problem - you can decide whether to be attended to in the Medical Clinic or in your own apartment. |

Private Mail Boxes Your personal correspondence is secure in our locked mail boxes until you retrieve it. In addition, there is an outgoing mailbox located conveniently next to it. |

Gymnasium A range of equipment is being planned for this room, which currently boasts a stationary recumbent exercise bike. |
|
Hair Salon Once per week our friendly visiting hairdressers come to the salon. It's never too late for a new hairdo! |

Flower Arranging Room Ample stainless steel bench space and a large sink allow you to create your favourite arrangements, or to get creative and try something altogether new! |
